Cancellation Policy

I am appointment based only, therefore i do not have a lot of wiggle room when it comes to tardiness with your appointment. At 5 minutes after your appointment time you need to be in the treatment room. The time of your appointment is only blocked out for time for the service and checking out. It is not fair to the client booked after you if I take you more than 5 minutes late. So unfortunately if you are more than 5 minutes late you will be considered a no call no show. I charge a 50% cancellation fee of booked service for any no shows or cancellations that are less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. I understand that life happens, so please let me know within 24 hours if you cannot make it to your appointment and the cancellation fee is waived. I am a very understanding person but that also except the same respect in return :) If you no call no show twice you can be terminated as a client.
